We recommend that you use the declared value postal service. It is a secure circuit, 100% insured, reserved for jewelers for years. The parcel is delivered against signature and presentation of the identity card.

If you order with La Poste in declared value for a delivery in France, it takes 3 to 5 days to receive the package. If you order with Chronopost, you will be delivered in 24h00 to 48h00 in France. The delay is to be specified on a case by case basis for deliveries abroad.

i-diamants will keep you informed of the progress of your order:
- e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order.
- mail of validation of your payment and your order. This e-mail also specifies the expected date of shipment.
- delivery confirmation mail including the url and the delivery tracking number, as well as the invoice of your order in attachment.
You can track your order in two ways:
- via your account identifiers
- via the order confirmation email specifying the shipping date
